For those of you who are not familiar with Paraflinch.
Paraflinch is the combination of two pokemon terms Paralysis and Flinching. Togekiss is the most notorious user of this strategy as it can utilize Thunderwave and with it's ability Serence Grace, Togekiss can utilize Air Slash with great utiility of not only dealing great damage (high special attack) but Serence grace boosts the likely hood of Flinching occuring. Jirachi is also a good user of this strategy as well (but Togekiss is cuter. Just sayin'
) This also gave birth to a hilarious, yet true meme called Y.O.M.O (You only move once)
Also, Togekiss is the cutest final evolution ever.
